So I found this while wandering the internet. It's basically a cross between Minecraft and Kerbal Space Program where you mine asteroids for resources and attempt to build rockets. It's free (for now) and runs pretty well for an alpha.

Recommended modpack (includes XNA redists)

Shipbuilding guide on the wiki

Installation (if not using the modpack):

1) Download the installer from the corneroids site
2) Run the installer
3) Download the 1.05 version from the site
4) Extract somewhere and run

Few gameplay notes:

- Do not use the beacon functionality. It's bugged and has the potential to mess up your save
- Press c to open your inventory
- Stuff has to be in your inventory, not the hotbar, to be used in crafting
- Pressing escape doesn't actually pause the game
- Save often. Game has a tendency to crash without warning
- Don't build ships close the the asteroid. You'll end up trying to move the asteroid
- Cheating pack for those short of time: here, though I'd recommend giving vanilla a go first
- Higher-tier resources can be found in the center of large asteroids (modded versions only)
