drop all of your inventory into a chest, leave the server, have a glass of milk, return to your desk, get back on the server, pick your stuff back up, profit.

If you have string in any slot on your hotbar, it'll throw WorldGuard messages at you every time you click. The solution is to either drop the string or move it into your main inventory.
