I have a question

I was playing halo reach and i joined a friends xbox live party and my friends friend was saying that his friend was a major hacker and was gunna take bungie offline for a minute so he could hack my question is wat could i do in this situation because hacking is unfair and disadvantages other players

Take absolutely no notice of the would be 'hacker'. Most likely it's just somebody hyping up something that they could or would never actually do.

No the thing is bungie DID go down for a minute or 2 straight after i couldnt get anyones ranks there armour completion there armour everything was down so wat would i do report the guy who wouldnt tell me who the hacker was or just ignore it(not gunna happen)Btw becareful of a group of griefers called team avolition ive been studying there tactics and they can hit just about any server succesfully they will even come on here to gain building writes than smash everything

If it makes you feel better, report the guy who told you that somebody was hacking. It is pretty unlikely that Bungie will actually look at your report and take it seriously, big companies are a bit like that.
